Do I have to create an account?

No. Accounts are optional.  However, if you create an account, all of your info will be securely saved and it makes the checkout process much quicker and easier.

Can I pick up my items locally?

We are an exclusively shipping boutique.  However, prearranged pick ups can be accommodated. Please contact us for more information. 

How do I return or exchange an item?

Can I return an item if tags are removed?

No. The item must be in the condition it was received, un-washed, un-worn and with the tags still attached.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards can be purchased here.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express.
